Our primary in-network vision insurance is Eyemed. We are not in network with VSP (Vision Service Plan), but we offer a 20% discount for self-pay which can be used in conjunction with your out-of-network benefits. Ask our optician for more details.

Affordable eyewear packages are available for all ages. Exclusive, discount packages are also available for patients with Oregon or Washington Medicaid.
We fit all children with shatterproof (poly-carbonate) lenses and offer a 12 month warranty that includes; a scratch resistant and anti-reflective lens coating, and a three time replacement policy for frame and lenses.
